5. Personal data & GDPR
The optimizia.xyz website may collect personal data via the contact form (last name, first name, email, message). This data is:
- Collected with your explicit consent
- Used exclusively to respond to your contact requests
- Neither sold nor transmitted to third parties
- Kept for a maximum of 3 years after the last contact
The site also uses an internal audience measurement tool (see section 6) that generates pseudonymous identifiers (random UUIDs) stored in your browser. These identifiers do not allow personal identification.
In accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR, EU 2016/679) and the French Data Protection Act, you have the following rights:

6. Cookies & trackers
This site uses OptimizIA Tracker V2, an audience measurement tool developed in-house. It does not rely on any third party (no Google Analytics, no Meta Pixel, no advertising services).
What is collected
- Page visited, title, timestamp
- Navigation events: CTA clicks, external links, internal navigation
- Scroll depth (25%, 50%, 75%, 100%)
- Time spent on page
- Traffic source category (e.g. "google", "linkedin", "direct"), never the exact referrer URL
What is not collected
- Name, email address, IP address
- Precise geolocation data
- Browsing history outside this site
Technical identifiers
Two random UUID identifiers are stored in your browser:
- oia_vid (localStorage): persistent visitor identifier, anonymous and resettable
- oia_sid (sessionStorage): session identifier, deleted when the tab is closed
These identifiers do not allow personal identification.
Infrastructure & transfers
Data is sent to our own n8n instance hosted in Europe. No data is shared with advertising platforms or third parties.
For organic SEO performance monitoring, we consult Google Search Console via its API. This data (clicks, impressions, positions) consists of aggregates already processed by Google and is not linked to individual visitor behaviour.
Consent & opt-out
A consent banner is displayed on first visit. You may decline at any time. To permanently disable the tracker in your browser, add ?notrack=1 to any page URL, or write to contact@optimizia.xyz.
7. Hyperlinks
The optimizia.xyz website may contain links to third-party sites (LinkedIn, ginoux.xyz, romainben.cloud, partners). These links are provided for informational purposes. OptimizIA.xyz is not responsible for the content of external sites and cannot be held liable for any damage resulting from their consultation.
Any creation of a link to optimizia.xyz must be subject to prior authorization by email.
