1. Purpose

These terms govern the sale of the SEOPlus! Full Audit, a digital website analysis report offered under the OptimizIA.xyz trade name, operated by Rémy Ginoux under an employment umbrella agreement (portage salarial) with PORTAGE D'OC, a SARL with a share capital of €50,000, SIREN 799 198 841, whose registered office is located at 23B Boulevard Président Kennedy, 34500 Béziers. Any order constitutes acceptance of these terms.

The service is designed and delivered by Rémy Ginoux and Romain Ben, co-founders of OptimizIA.xyz.

2. Description of the service

The Full Audit is a report generated automatically from the URL provided by the client: 160 checks across 16 categories (security, SEO, performance, visibility in search engines and AI tools), covering the homepage and up to 30 key pages of the website, a 4-phase action plan, ready-to-install technical files and up to three comparisons with competitor websites, together with an AI-written verdict. The free diagnostic (score and verdict) is provided with no commitment and no payment, after signing in to a free account.

The audit is an automated assessment as of the date of the analysis. It does not constitute personalized consulting services and does not guarantee any ranking in search engines or in AI-generated answers.

3. Price and payment

The Full Audit is sold for €9.90 incl. VAT, as a one-time payment, with no subscription. Payment is made online via Stripe. The order is final upon validation of the payment.

Launch offer: the Full Audit may temporarily be offered free of charge. In that case, no order and no payment are required and access to the report is direct.

4. Delivery

Access to the report is immediate after payment, on the report page of the analyzed website. The report can be exported to PDF by the client. In the event of an access problem, write to contact@optimizia.xyz: we will restore access or issue a refund.

5. Right of withdrawal

The Full Audit is digital content supplied immediately after payment. In accordance with article L221-28 13° of the French Consumer Code, the client acknowledges that by accessing the report upon payment, they expressly waive their right of withdrawal.

6. Liability

OptimizIA.xyz is bound by an obligation of means: the checks are performed using the data publicly accessible at the time of the analysis. OptimizIA.xyz cannot be held liable for changes to search engines, AI tools or the analyzed website occurring after the audit, nor for the consequences of modifications made by the client to their website.

7. Governing law and mediation

These terms are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, the consumer client may have free recourse to a consumer mediator: [TO BE COMPLETED: chosen consumer mediator and contact details].
