Data controller
The data controller is OptimizIA.xyz, represented by its two co-founders Rémy Ginoux and Romain Ben. They jointly determine the purposes and means of the processing described below, and they are the only two people with access to that data.
SEOPlus! is a service published under the OptimizIA.xyz trade name, operated by Rémy Ginoux under an employment umbrella agreement (portage salarial) with PORTAGE D'OC, a SARL with a share capital of €50,000, SIREN 799 198 841, whose registered office is located at 23B Boulevard Président Kennedy, 34500 Béziers, France. Contact: contact@optimizia.xyz.
Data collected
- Website analysis (free diagnostic and Full Audit): signing in is required before the analysis starts. We then collect your email address and, if you sign in via Google, your name as provided by Google. You may also enter your company name (optional). We associate with your account the list of websites you have audited, their score, the date, and the content of each report so we can show it back to you in your history. On the engine side: every request triggers a real, immediate measurement with no caching of the result; your IP address is used solely to limit the number of analyses per day (kept for the current day).
- In the event of a purchase: payment data is processed directly by Stripe. No banking data passes through our servers.
- Public leaderboard (optional): if the "Show my website on the public leaderboard" box is checked when launching the analysis (you can uncheck it at any time before analyzing), your website's domain name and its measured score are published on the leaderboard page. Every registered website is displayed, whatever its score: a low score is not hidden, it is a measured starting point. Removal is available on simple email request.
- Product feedback (account area): if you send us feedback (idea, bug, other) from your account, we keep the text of that feedback associated with your account, solely to improve the service.
- Campaign source: if you arrive from one of our campaign links (utm_ parameters in the address), we keep that source alongside the audit you run, so we know which posts bring visitors. This is internal measurement: no advertising cookie, no third-party analytics tool, no data passed to an ad network.
- Testimonials (account area, optional): if you submit a testimonial, we keep its text, the rating you gave, and the name and company you entered yourself. A testimonial is published only if you ticked the publishing permission, and after we have read it over. You may withdraw it at any time from your account.
- Audit follow-up emails: after a Full Audit we write to you at most twice: a request for feedback three days later, and an invitation to re-audit your website one month after your latest audit. We keep a record of these sends (email type, date, audit concerned) precisely so that we never write to you twice for the same audit. Each email carries a one-click unsubscribe link, no sign-in needed, which stops both at once.
- "Tips SEO" newsletter (opt-in only): if you sign up via the dedicated form, we keep your email address to send you a weekly email of SEO tips. Every email contains an unsubscribe link; unsubscribing takes effect immediately.
We collect nothing else: no advertising tracking, no resale of data, no profiling.
Purposes and legal basis
- Providing the analysis and giving you renewed access to your reports (performance of the service you request).
- Limiting abuse of the analysis engine (legitimate interest).
- Contacting you about your audit, for example to gather your feedback during the beta or to offer you support services (legitimate interest; every email contains a simple way to decline further contact).
- Displaying your website on the public leaderboard if you left the box checked (consent, withdrawable at any time by email).
- Taking your product feedback into account to improve the service (legitimate interest).
- Publishing your testimonial on our materials if you ticked the permission (consent, withdrawable at any time from your account).
- Measuring which posts bring audits, using the campaign source (legitimate interest; internal measurement, no third-party tracker).
- Sending you the weekly SEO tips newsletter if you signed up for it (consent, withdrawable at any time via the unsubscribe link).
Where your data is stored
Accounts and associated data are stored with Supabase, on infrastructure hosted in the European Union (Paris region, eu-west-3). The website is hosted by LWS (Ligne Web Services) in France. The analysis engine and the public leaderboard run on infrastructure managed by OptimizIA.xyz, hosted in the European Union and administered by Rémy Ginoux and Romain Ben. If you choose Google sign-in, Google acts as an identity provider: we receive only your email and your name.
Retention periods
- IP address (usage limiting): the current day.
- Account, your audit history and product feedback: for as long as your account exists. You may request its deletion at any time.
- Testimonials: until you withdraw them from your account. Withdrawal also removes the published version.
- Public leaderboard: until you request the removal of your website (an email to contact@optimizia.xyz is enough). The displayed score is updated with each new audit.
- Newsletter: for as long as you are subscribed. Unsubscribing removes your address from the mailing list.
Your rights
In accordance with the GDPR, you have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction and objection. To exercise them, write to contact@optimizia.xyz: your request is handled directly by Rémy Ginoux and Romain Ben, with no intermediary. You may also lodge a complaint with the CNIL (the French data protection authority, cnil.fr).
Cookies and local storage
SEOPlus! sets no tracking cookies and no advertising trackers. Your browser stores locally (localStorage) your sign-in session and access to your audits, on your device only.
Audience measurement
The website uses in-house audience measurement, built and hosted by OptimizIA.xyz, with no third-party tool. It only activates after your agreement, given through the consent banner; if you decline, nothing is measured and the choice is remembered.
If you accept, your browser keeps a random visit identifier locally (localStorage), which contains neither your name, email nor IP address, and is not matched with any account. The measured events (page views, clicks on main buttons, reading depth, time spent, campaign source) are sent to our own automation server (n8n, hosted by us) and are used solely to understand how the website is used. No data is shared with third parties or used for advertising.
You can withdraw your agreement at any time: add ?notrack=1 to the address of any page, and measurement is durably disabled on your browser. You can also request the deletion of the events tied to your visit at contact@optimizia.xyz.
