Any reproduction, representation, modification, publication or adaptation, in whole or in part, of any element of the site, by any means or process, is prohibited without prior written authorization from OptimizIA.xyz.
The trademarks and logos of the companies mentioned (Volvo Group, Airbus, Solvay, BioMérieux, etc.) remain the exclusive property of their respective owners. They are cited as part of the founders' professional track record, prior to the creation of OptimizIA.xyz, and not as clients of the agency.
5. Personal data & GDPR
The optimizia.xyz website may collect personal data via the contact form (last name, first name, email, message). This data is:
- Collected with your explicit consent
- Used exclusively to respond to your contact requests
- Neither sold nor transmitted to third parties
- Kept for a maximum of 3 years after the last contact
The site also uses an internal audience measurement tool (see section 6) that generates pseudonymous identifiers (random UUIDs) stored in your browser. These identifiers do not allow personal identification.
In accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR, EU 2016/679) and the French Data Protection Act, you have the following rights:

- Right to data portability

6. Cookies & trackers
This site runs two measurement tools, independent of each other, only one of which depends on your agreement. The first is an audience measurement tool developed in-house, which does not rely on any third party (no Google Analytics, no Meta Pixel, no advertising service). It runs without a consent banner, because it meets the four exemption conditions set by the French data protection authority (CNIL): purpose strictly limited to audience measurement, aggregated results, no third-party recipient, no tracking across websites.
What is collected
- Page visited, title, timestamp
- Navigation events: CTA clicks, external links, internal navigation
- Scroll depth (25%, 50%, 75%, 100%)
- Time spent on page
- Traffic source category (e.g. "google", "linkedin", "direct"), never the exact referrer URL
What is not collected
- Name, email address, IP address
- Precise geolocation data
- Browsing history outside this site
Technical identifiers
Two random UUID identifiers are stored in your browser:
- oia_vid (localStorage): visit identifier, kept for 13 months at most. It carries its creation date; beyond that it is erased and regenerated, with no link to the previous one.
- oia_sid (sessionStorage): session identifier, deleted when the tab is closed
These identifiers do not make you anonymous but pseudonymous: they do not say who you are, they tell one visit apart from another. The associated events are kept for 25 months.
Infrastructure & transfers
Data is sent to our own n8n instance hosted in Europe. No data is shared with advertising platforms or third parties.
For organic SEO performance monitoring, we consult Google Search Console via its API. This data (clicks, impressions, positions) consists of aggregates already processed by Google and is not linked to individual visitor behaviour.
Objecting to audience measurement
Since this measurement is exempt, it is not preceded by any banner, but you can object at any time: add ?notrack=1 to the address of any page on this site and it is durably disabled in your browser. You may also write to contact@optimizia.xyz.
Session replay: Microsoft Clarity
The second tool is Microsoft Clarity, which replays browsing sessions and produces heatmaps, so we can understand where visitors get stuck. Session replay does not fall under the regime of aggregated audience measurement: no exemption applies to it, so it is subject to your consent.
A banner is shown on your first visit. Until you accept, nothing is loaded and no cookie is set. After acceptance, two first-party cookies are set, and only those two: _clck and _clsk. The advertising signal is passed as denied, so no Microsoft advertising cookie is set. You can change your mind at any time through the “Manage cookies” link in the footer of every page; declining erases the cookies already set and reloads the page to stop collection in progress.
The service is provided by Microsoft Ireland Operations Limited and hosted on Azure. Transfers to Microsoft Corporation outside the European Union are governed by the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.
Retention is tiered: recordings are kept for 30 days, then a residual sample (1% of recordings or 10 per day, whichever is greater), flagged sessions and heatmaps are kept for up to 9 months. The content of form fields is masked at source by Clarity, and that masking cannot be turned off.

The optimizia.xyz website may contain links to third-party sites (LinkedIn, ginoux.xyz, romainben.cloud, partners). These links are provided for informational purposes. OptimizIA.xyz is not responsible for the content of external sites and cannot be held liable for any damage resulting from their consultation.
Any creation of a link to optimizia.xyz must be subject to prior authorization by email.

The information contained on this site is provided for informational purposes. OptimizIA.xyz strives to keep the information up to date and accurate but cannot guarantee completeness or absence of errors.
OptimizIA.xyz cannot be held responsible for any direct or indirect damage resulting from the use of the site or the inability to access it.
9. Applicable law & jurisdiction
These legal notices are subject to French law. In case of dispute, and failing amicable resolution, jurisdiction is granted to French courts.
