Where do you operate?
We operate on-site in Occitanie and remotely across France and internationally. Most of our engagements involve teams spread across multiple sites, sometimes across several countries. Video conferencing and modern collaboration tools have become powerful, unavoidable enablers. We travel on-site when needed, this hybrid format suits our clients and has been our norm since 2001.
What's the difference between ginoux.xyz, romainben.cloud and OptimizIA.xyz?
Ginoux.xyz and romainben.cloud are our respective personal portfolios, our individual approach and way of working. OptimizIA.xyz is the agency Rémy Ginoux and Romain Ben co-founded. It's the brand under which we deliver AI & automation engagements, backed by a network of expert talent mobilised on demand depending on the project (dev, data, back-end / front-end architecture, design, automation). In short: we run the diagnostic phase to make sure the foundations are solid, then deploy our team on AI and automation integration.
Where do we start if we don't yet know whether AI is relevant for us?
That's exactly the situation we built Modules 1 and 2 for. In a few weeks, you get a clear, costed view of the most profitable use cases for your organisation, with no commitment on what comes next. You can then decide to keep going with a PoC to validate the concept (Module 3), or if you want our support to drive your transformation project, we'll provide a tailored quote (Serenity option).
We're an SME with under 40 employees, is this for us?
Yes, absolutely. One of the strengths of this new AI ecosystem is that it serves individuals just as well as small organisations. Small businesses and SMEs of up to 250 people are among our favourite clients, often able to decide and produce results quickly. The challenges are often the same as in large groups, but the gains come faster, with less political and decision-making complexity, and greater agility. It's a real strength!
How much does an engagement cost?
No two projects look alike, except in their ambition to lift performance. The estimate depends on your wishes, your objectives and how you choose to move forward. Our offer can be consumed à la carte using the modules that match your project maturity, or, depending on your ambition, you can pick the Serenity Menu: we support transformation projects end-to-end, on the consulting and project-piloting side as well as the dev side. Which tools do you use for automations?
It entirely depends on the use case, your IT environment and your objective: N8N, Make, Zapier for orchestration; Claude and Claude Code, other multi-agent tools, Grafana, Power BI for visualisation. We always recommend solutions your teams can maintain on their own, with no proprietary lock-in. Bear in mind that what's true today may already be obsolete in a month, that's why we run a continuous tech watch to propose the best options for your situation.
How do you handle data confidentiality and GDPR?
We systematically favour hosting on your existing infrastructure, so your data stays under your control. For clients who prefer to outsource hosting and maintenance, we run VPS servers located in France. The tools we deploy (self-hosted n8n, Claude API, and others) can be configured to meet your GDPR and data sovereignty requirements. No client data passes through our servers without your explicit agreement.
