Why these six dimensions
They do not come from a theoretical framework. They are the six points where we see SME AI projects stop, in the order of frequency we meet them. None is technical, and that is precisely the point: the difficulty of an AI project in an SME is rarely the model, it is everything around it.
The score you get has no absolute value and compares to nobody. It serves to answer one useful question: where to start in your company, and what is better left alone for now.
What this test does not do
- It collects nothing. Answers stay in your browser, nothing is sent, no email is asked.
- It does not replace a diagnosis. A real diagnosis measures actual flows, interviews the teams and quantifies gains per use case. This test places you, it does not price you.
- It does not sell you urgency. If your score is low, the recommendation will be not to launch an AI project right away.
