The problem is almost never the technology
Most of the leaders we meet have already tried a conversational assistant. Some even launched a pilot that never got past the pilot stage. The blocker is rarely technical: it comes from AI being dropped onto a process nobody had mapped, without knowing what gain was sought or how it would be measured.
Our position is simple and it sometimes costs us contracts: we refuse to automate a process the client cannot describe. A badly designed process you automate becomes a badly designed process that produces its errors faster, at a larger scale, and with added confidence. That is what the diagnosis is for.
What you get, step by step
| Step | Duration | What you get | Indicative budget |
|---|---|---|---|
| AI & Knowledge Diagnosis | 1 to 3 weeks | Pain point mapping, quantified gain estimate per use case, prioritized roadmap separating quick wins from structural work | €3,000 to €5,000 |
| AI Sprint, PoC to MVP | 2 to 5 weeks | One use case in production on a controlled scope, user documentation, training for the teams involved | €8,000 to €15,000 |
| Co-piloting | Ongoing engagement | Automation monitoring, fixes, progressive addition of use cases, monthly strategy check-in | €1,500 to €4,000 per month |
The three building blocks are independent. You can stop after the diagnosis and implement it yourself: the deliverable is written to stay usable without us.
Who works with you
Rémy Ginoux spent 25 years in industrial and digital transformation, notably at Volvo Group, Airbus Atlantic, Solvay and Renault Trucks, on knowledge management and performance improvement programs at the scale of several thousand employees. These assignments took place before OptimizIA.xyz was founded in 2022, as an employee or consultant: we cite them as background, not as agency references.
Romain Ben, applied mathematics engineer at Polytech Nice Sophia, carries the technical side: automation architecture, agent development, integration with existing systems. He builds and maintains the agency's internal products.
This combination is deliberate: someone who has lived through change resistance in large organizations, and someone who codes what comes out of the workshop. Learn more about the founders.
How to check that we can deliver
An AI agency is easy to open and hard to evaluate. The most honest way we have found is to publish what we run ourselves, with the technical detail.
- SEOPlus!, an SEO and AI visibility audit engine built in-house, which runs over a hundred checks per site and returns its report in 30 seconds.
- Agent RADAR, market monitoring delivered to a trading-sector client, running in production Monday through Friday.
- A reporting chain that produces and distributes its analyses without manual work.
- An AI adoption workshop designed and delivered for a freelancer community.
Funding the project
Depending on your situation, part of the engagement may be subsidized: for French companies, regional digital transformation schemes in Occitanie and professional training funds for the adoption part when it is structured as training. Schemes change regularly and depend on your region, headcount and sector: we look at what applies to your case during scoping rather than promising a coverage rate upfront.
Frequently asked questions
From what company size is this relevant?
Our clients range from independents to 500-person companies, with a core target between 20 and 250 employees. Below 20, AI is still useful but a full engagement is rarely justified beyond training and two or three automations. Above 500, organizational complexity becomes the real subject, and that is precisely the terrain Rémy Ginoux practiced for 25 years in industrial groups.
How fast do you see results?
The diagnosis delivers a quantified picture in 1 to 3 weeks. A first use case goes from Proof of Concept to MVP in production in 13 days on average. Concretely, a company starting in January generally has a first automation running for good before the end of the first quarter, which is the frame in which we talk about productive time gains.
How much does it cost, in an honest range?
Diagnosis between €3,000 and €5,000, AI Sprint from PoC to MVP between €8,000 and €15,000, monthly co-piloting between €1,500 and €4,000 (excl. VAT). These ranges are displayed on the homepage, not reserved for a quote. The final price depends on scope, never on your revenue.
Do you need clean data before starting?
No, and it is rarely the case. The real state of your data is part of what the diagnosis measures. Many projects start by structuring what sits in emails and shared folders, because that is the condition for AI to produce anything beyond the generic.
Will our teams have to relearn everything?
No. We plug automations into the tools already in place rather than imposing one more, and we train on what actually changes, not on theory. Adoption work is part of the engagement when useful, as in our freelancer workshop.
