n8n agency: automating your business processes

We design, deploy and maintain self-hosted n8n automations for companies from 20 to 500 people. No disposable demos: workflows that run every day in production, connected to your existing tools, and that your teams can take over.

SMEs from 20 to 500 employees Self-hosted n8n PoC to MVP in 13 days on average Based in France, remote worldwide

Why n8n rather than another orchestrator

n8n is an open source orchestration tool that connects your applications and runs task sequences without code, or with code when that is shorter. What sets it apart for an SME comes down to three concrete points: it self-hosts, so your data stays with you; it is billed per instance rather than per execution, so a workflow running a thousand times a day does not blow up the bill; and it stays readable, so an employee can open a workflow, understand what it does and fix it.

That last point matters most over time. An automation nobody at your company understands becomes a dependency, not an asset. We therefore always build so that taking over is possible, including without us.

What we automate most often

The use cases that keep coming back with our clients are almost never spectacular. They are repetitive, low-value tasks that eat several hours per week per person.

  • Monitoring and prospecting: source collection, filtering, qualification by a language model, delivery of an actionable list every morning instead of a saturated inbox.
  • Reporting: aggregation of scattered data, formatting, scheduled delivery to the right people, with no retyping or copy-paste between tools.
  • Document processing: extracting information from PDFs or emails, filing, feeding a CRM or an ERP, with a human validating ambiguous cases.
  • Business assistants: an agent that answers your teams' questions based on your own documents, with sources cited.
  • Synchronizations: keeping two tools consistent when they do not natively talk to each other, without buying yet another proprietary connector.

Our n8n practice, plainly

The legitimate question when an agency says it does n8n is what it runs itself. For us, n8n is not a sales skill, it is the infrastructure our own products run on.

  • SEOPlus!, our SEO and GEO audit engine, runs its entire analysis in n8n: over a hundred checks per site, from crawl to report generation. See the case study.
  • Agent RADAR, delivered to a trading-sector client, runs in production Monday through Friday and turns market monitoring into qualified prospects. See the case study.
  • Our reporting chains produce and distribute daily analyses without human intervention. See the case study.
  • Our own subscription funnels (payment, access provisioning, lifecycle follow-ups) are orchestrated in n8n, including the painful cases like failed payments and cancellations.

In other words: when we propose an n8n architecture, we propose the one we use to run our own business, with the safeguards we learned to put in place after getting burned.

How a project unfolds

  1. Scoping: we identify the process to automate and above all check that it deserves to be. Automating a badly designed process only produces the error faster.
  2. Proof of Concept: a restricted version of the workflow, on real data, with acceptance criteria written in advance. Goal: prove or disprove the value before investing further.
  3. Move to MVP: robustness, error handling, incident recovery, logging. Count 13 days on average between the validated PoC and the MVP in production.
  4. Handover: documentation, training for your teams, access to credentials and the instance. You must be able to live without us.
  5. Co-piloting: if you wish, we monitor, fix and add new use cases as you go.

What we refuse to do

We do not deliver an automation on a process the client cannot describe, because it will be modified three times then abandoned. We do not plug a language model into a decision that legally binds the company without human validation. And we do not build deliberate dependency: if a workflow can be simpler, it will be simpler, even if that reduces our maintenance share.

Frequently asked questions about n8n

Self-hosted n8n or the cloud version?

We almost always deploy n8n self-hosted, on your infrastructure or on a dedicated server in France. That guarantees your data never leaves your perimeter, removes per-execution billing and leaves you free to take over. The cloud version remains relevant to start fast on a non-sensitive scope.

What happens if we want to take over later?

You can, and it is planned from the start. Workflows are documented, credentials remain yours, and the instance runs on infrastructure you control. We train your teams to read and modify workflows during the project, not after. No mechanism forces you to stay.

How much does an n8n automation cost?

A first use case scoped and put in production fits the AI Sprint format, between €8,000 and €15,000 excl. VAT depending on complexity. If you do not yet know which process to automate first, the €3,000 to €5,000 diagnosis exists precisely to decide. Follow-up and progressive addition of use cases then happen in co-piloting, between €1,500 and €4,000 per month.

Is n8n enough for AI, or do you need something else?

n8n orchestrates, it does not reason. For the intelligence part we plug in language models via API, with a vector database when needed to query your own documents. n8n remains the backbone that triggers, chains, retries and logs. That separation is what keeps the whole thing maintainable.

A process in mind?

Twenty minutes of free diagnosis are usually enough to say whether your case can be automated, what it would cost and what it would save. If the answer is no, we will tell you that too.
